(“Horizons Architecture”, “HA”), a variable capital stock company incorporated under the laws of the United Mexican States (Mexico), with Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC) HAS230414BD1 and its address at Calle Compuerta #151, Col. Jardines del Moral, C.P. 37160, León, Guanajuato, Mexico.
HA is headquartered and domiciled in Mexico. The availability of the site to visitors located outside Mexico does not imply that HA has any establishment, branch, subsidiary, legal representative, domicile, or permanent presence in any other jurisdiction.

Horizons Architecture Systems, S.A.P.I. de C.V. holds a current license for the use and application of the methodology in specialized consulting services. This reference does not imply that HA owns the work or the licensed trademarks; rather, HA is authorized to use them under the terms of the applicable license. The reproduction, distribution, transformation, communication to the public, exploitation, or unauthorized use of the work, the methodology, or the associated materials, in whole or in part, without the express written authorization of their owners, is prohibited.
The distinctive signs associated with the methodology are also protected by trademark registrations. Other third-party trademarks, names, or logos that may appear on the site belong to their respective owners and are mentioned solely for identification purposes.
